AFC Divisional game flyover included hidden Kansas City Chiefs tribute

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The flyover for the AFC Divisional Game at Arrowhead featured four US Army CH-47 Chinook helicopters.

While Bravo Company 7-158th GSAB out of Gardner, Kansas, represented the Army for the event, the flyover included a hidden tribute to the Kansas City Chiefs.

As they prepared for the flyover Saturday morning, James Elliott provided a glimpse inside one of the Chinooks. In the picture, a red Mahomes jersey hung under a US flag.

The NFL also shared a field-view video from inside GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. The Chinooks flew in formation over the stadium as a team of dozens of people stretched a US flag across the field. Fans roared in the background.
